Getting caught upon on some BEFORE / AFTERs on a sold flip in a suburb outside of Orlando. This was an auction property, helped occupant relocate with cash for keys. As you can see from previous posts, we own staging furniture that we repurpose for some listings. We use similar colors and styles to be consistent and help increase rehab speed. Our neighborhoods are spread across all of Central Florida.

Real estate prices continue to rise in Central Florida, making acquisition costs higher, but still a seller's market with opportunity on the right deals, if you can find them. Let us know what prices are doing in your neighborhood.
We've gotten a lot of questions about where to get started with flipping houses. It can be a tough business with many factors. The very first thing we do is make sure the house is solid structurally, and we look it over thoroughly to anticipate needed repairs BEFORE closing. Unlike many of the TV shows out there where they seem to be surprised by everything that comes up after closing, we prefer to go into it with eyes wide open!
