Tore down entire bike, powder coated everything gloss black and reassembled everything. (He had aftermarket slip ons, air filter cover and bars on order already so we left those in chrome)

1997 Honda cr80r came in with a sticky kickstart, disassembled it and found a broken water pump gear, replaced it with a new oem replacement and she’s back to starting effortlessly.

2022 Honda crf150r came in with a cracked stator cover and rear fender. Replaced the stator cover, replaced the rear fender and did an oil change.

2009 Suzuki Rmz250 came in for a full tune up. Adjusted the valve clearances, new oem steel clutch plates, new friction clutch plates, new clutch springs, new clutch cover gasket, new spark plug, new chain installed, new uni air filter and an oil change

Yamaha fz8 came in for a full tune up, new set of spark plugs, coolant flush, new oil filter, oil changed, air filter cleaned, throttle bodies cleaned, and front + rear brake systems flushed

Yamaha warrior 350 came in with a no start issue, diagnosed it and found that the bike had no spark and the stator wasn’t doing its job properly. I swapped out the stator with another working one and she’s good again
