This one is extra special because it’s more than just a plate — it’s a celebration of culture, community, and the flavors that raised us. 🇯🇲✊🏾

I’m excited to officially announce my first collaboration with Chef Jas of Rustik Kitchen, whose passion for nostalgic, homemade cooking helped bring this menu to life. Together, we’ve combined Southern tradition and Caribbean influence to create a meal that feels like home with every bite.

This collaboration is rooted in honoring our heritage, giving back to our community, and keeping our culture alive through food. Every item on this plate was chosen with intention, flavor, and tradition in mind.
