We needed a Pest Control company over in Lakeland and we found these guys.... 🤣

What a genius name!! We have all laughed over it repeatedly and this is now the second time we are using them because they have phenomenal name recognition!!!

I am now considering rebranding... hahaha! Anyone out there think of a great TC business name that would cause the same kind of name recognition as this one, let me know!!! 🤣

This is something I see so many Agents struggle with. Work/Life Balance.

People tend to expect Realtors to be available 24/7, but if you set yourself up to be always available, you’re setting yourself up for a major burnout once you get busy.

Set boundaries and make sure you don’t spread yourself to thin. Remember, it’s great to love your job, but not to the extent that you sacrifice your quality of life.
