You only have 3 optionsâŚ
Friend,
Your body is a complex and intelligent system.
Whether youâre aware of it or not⌠everything youâre doing right now is perfectly designed to create the results youâre currently seeing.
If the results youâre experiencing are not what you hoped for, itâs not the systems fault.
It simply indicates that the âinputâ needs to be adjusted.
This realization can be both frustrating AND freeing.
Frustrating because it requires humility and courage to acknowledge that there might be a better approach.
Many will resist change, clinging to familiar ways... even when those methods fail to produce the desired outcomes.
Those individuals are not TNT Students.
TNT students are those who are willing to set aside their ego, embrace change, and step into a space of radical responsibility.
To alter your results (output), you need to change your approach (input) â be it in your training, nutrition, mindset, or support system.
With that information, you have 3 optionsâŚ
Option 1: Do Nothing
Most career driven individuals are 1 smart decision away from looking, feeling, and performing how they want.
Problem is, when faced with that decision, 99% of these people retreat to their comfort zone.
The average person will ignore this because they feel like itâs a shot to their ego.
They prefer to bang their head (and body) against the wall until something breaks.
If this is TRULY what you want, no problem. Iâm not here to judge.
But itâs important to realize admitting youâve been doing the wrong thing has NOTHING to do with ego.
Itâs systems and science. And you canât argue with systems and science, unless you want to lose 100% of the time.
Itâs like getting angry at your phone for calling 411 when you meant to call 911⌠but YOU were the one who pressed the wrong button.
Option 2: Keep Tinkering on Your Own
If you go down this route, great.
Iâm glad youâre open to the idea that if what youâre doing right now isnât getting you the results you want and you have to change it to break the cycle.
However, based on hundreds of conversations with high achievers in a similar boatâŚ
I know this stuff isnât easy to implement without help. And itâs not easy to know if youâre taking the right steps or not.
This elevates uncertainty and creates stress, anxiety, and even more questions.
Often causing you to revert back to what you know and are comfortable with. Which we already know isnât working.
The last thing you want to do is spend one year trying to get closer to your goals just to realize you were doing it wrong the entire time.
Donât take this the wrong way⌠But if you knew how to do this yourself, you would have done it by now.
Which leads us to option threeâŚ
Option 3: Follow a Proven Process that has worked for countless others like you
This option is reserved for men who are ready to create ownership and respect in their bodies without sifting through the bu****it on their own.
It involves following a structured, proven process that has helped countless others achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.

Here are the WORST questions to ask a random fitness and nutrition coach (especially on the internet)âŚ
âAm I eating too much or too little?â
âHow many days a week should I train?â
âShould I bulk then cut, or cut then bulk?â

Asking these to fitness and nutrition coach online might seem like a quick path to answers.

The people answering these questions know NOTHING about you.
