Have you ever tasted a drinking vinegar? I promise they're far more delicious than they sound. Yesterday I made my own nectarine and rosemary fizz and it's delicious. As I'm pregnant I obviously can't drink alcohol and as someone who doesn't like very sweet soft drinks I really struggle to find something other than sparkling water to enjoy! Drinking vinegars combine fruit with apple cider vinegar, they're a bit like kombucha but I think they're easier to drink. See my recipe below.

You will need. 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar, 3 tablespoons of honey, 3 cups of nectarine or peach juice, 1 cup of sparkling water, sliced nectarine, a few sprigs of rosemary. Fill a glass bottle or large jar with the vinegar, honey and juice and stir very well. Leave in the fridge for 2-5 days (you can also serve straight away if you need to). When you're ready to enjoy add the sparkling water and garnish with the nectarine slices and rosemary. Enjoy!
