So the next time you question whether you should work out, take a walk or go to class and dance, just remember you’re giving your body permission to flow baby, flow! Aaaahhh… The release of energy… the release of emotion, can feel so incredibly good! aka “the class after glow” 😊✨

Do you just get up out of bed or do you RISE out of bed?💫
What’s the difference you may ask? 🤔
After your body has been still in its slumber, slowing rising and following your stretch can help set the tone for a splendid day. It’s a small act with a big impact.
💌Assignment- take 5 minutes to luxuriate out of bed tomorrow. Maybe you start with a rising goddesses and follow the pull from your heart. Or you slowly cat pounce your way up, followed by a delicious open arm stretch.
Take a few moments to ease your body into the day. She will thank you for that time ☺️
