ver, if the product you ordered is a Statement piece, we cannot guarantee we will be able to replace your item. If we are unable to accommodate a replacement, we do require that the customer send back the damaged item, at the buyers expense, and Sage and Stone will issue a full refund excluding shipping back to our shop. If you are unwilling to ship a damaged item back to us, we will not be able to issue a refund. Due to the nature of our products, there will be some variation from the pictures. Each piece you order will be SIMILAR to the picture in the listing, but not exact unless otherwise stated in the listing. We intuitively hand select each piece for your order. Because of COVID-19, shipping times may vary. We do our very best to have your order packed and sent to the Post office within 7-14 days of you placing your order. Sooner if possible. Once your item is in the hands of the Post Office we will send you a tracking number, please refer to that for updates on when your package will arrive.
