HOWEVER, The problem came when I noticed that they also did siding and windows on the card he had left us. Needing both , and having received our insurance check in the mailI and eager to get the work started, I called to inquire about adding those items to our estimate. The person who answered the phone was clueless and went to get someone else who immediately began telling me if I was trying to scam my insurance this was not the company to deal with!!! I have never been so insulted in my life! I was actually trying to give them more business (I actually preferred to work with an Iowa company. Our metal roof was already an upgrade over the shingle one we were replacing that the insurance had paid for so we were in no way trying to defraud anyone. I can assure you when I receive the quote for the roof I'll know exactly where to put it and will be engaging another company to install my roof, window and siding.
Have contracted width them to do roof repairs and
replacement.
