Erin Tomaso Wellness
Health is about being powerful in body, mind, and spirit. We coach women to experience whole-body, m Hi there! I am so happy you found my page! It felt good.
My name is Erin Tomaso Smith, I am first and foremost a mother to 4 tiny humans, 3 girls and 1 boy, born between 2008 and 2021! Living an active family life, fitting in body, mind, and spiritual health & wellness daily is essential in my house. Fulfilling a happy life means conquering a healthy lifestyle. Growing up as the 2nd of 7 children was chaotic and hurried. I found fitness as a way for me
Being connected to how your body FEELS while walking or exercising is imperative if you want to experience transformation that lasts.
Have you considered barefoot movement?
Grounding your body gives your nervous system, endocrine system (hormones), and musculoskeletal system (muscles, tissues, and bones) the chance to really do what they were born to do!
Here are 8 reasons to walk & exercise barefoot.
🦶🏼regulates your nervous system.
🦶🏼helps keep your pelvis & spine in alignment.
🦶🏼reduces inflammation.
🦶🏼helps improve sleep.
🦶🏼reduces stress hormones (cortisol) & increases happy hormones (endorphins).
🦶🏼improves gait.
🦶🏼improves blood pressure.
🦶🏼allows you to use your toes effectively.
Sometimes, there are party p**pers out there with no shoes policies, or it's simply just not safe/sanitary to let your piggies breathe.
In that case, finding the right barefoot shoe is suggested as they allow us to be in a barefoot position without actually being naked.
Brand and style are personal choices, and they don’t have to be expensive. My first pair was only $40 and served me very well.
Grounding, as a tool for body-mind connection, is a simple technique I teach my clients so they can finally feel themselves in their body.
Take those shoes off and let those pigs breathe!
Two hacks to avoid aging…
I was talking to a client the other day about how she wanted to avoid a daunting aging process.
Seeing other women similar in age struggling with aging ‘problems’ and looking so…old.
Society has convinced women that aging makes us decrepit→ the opposite of strong and fit.
We’re told, to avoid it, we should plow through vigorous workouts, diets, plastering on creams and serums, extreme detoxes, fasting, and plastic surgery.
Society has scared the p**p out of us regarding the horrible consequences of aging.
We've also been swayed that the older we get, our likeness for ‘women's health ‘problems’ increases.
The ‘Problems’:
☠️Incontinence
☠️Pelvic Pain
☠️Age related weight gain
☠️Resistance to weight loss
☠️Lower libido
☠️Depleted energy
☠️Chronic fatigue
☠️Body aches and pains
☠️Digestive issues
☠️Joint pain
☠️Inflammation
☠️Menopause
☠️Perimenopause
☠️Painful s*x
☠️Vaginal dryness
☠️Irregular menstruation
P.S.A. These ‘problems’ aren't problems if we take the time to listen to what our body is telling us → then respond, not react.
Our lifestyle and the WAY we fuel our body and mind have a LOT to do with the WAY we age.
But we are so disgusted with the idea of aging that, instead of stopping to listen, we react and pummel through vigorousness 👉🏻
Increasing stress hormones and unknowingly creating deep imbalances in our pelvis 👉🏻
Enter aging ‘problems’.
Along with a loss of power (our sense of self).
Did you know that the Golden Girls characters and the S*x in the City characters are the SAME AGE??? 40's, 50's, and 60's
I am going to guess that most of you wouldn't think twice to say ‘whaaaaaaaat’!?
Let’s talk about their aging a little differently, just for the sake of making a point… let’s use the terms ‘aging s*xy’ and ‘aging golden’.
Afterall, we often rank how we feel about ourselves based on how s*xy we feel when we look at ourselves naked,
and blame what we see on age.
So, which s*x appeal are you attracted to? Let's leave their social lifestyle out of the picture. Which part of their wellness, or health, do you feel attracted to?
Which energy are you more liable to say you'd like to feel?
S*xy, Vibrant energy?💃
OR....Golden energy?👵🏽
I am NOT, by any means, asking you to compare yourself to these fictional characters. Nor am I asking you to use them to indicate what being s*xy actually means.
What I am asking you is…
Would you like to age with vibrancy, mobility, and confidence? The embodiment of the S*x in the City gals.
OR
Would you like to age golden, achy, and feeble? These are the problems that we think are just simply…part of aging. →The embodiment of the Golden Girls.
If you're still not sure…
Aging s*xy:
🔥move well,
🔥pain free,
🔥cultivate a body you can embrace,
🔥live with purpose,
🔥vibrant energy,
🔥age younger,
🔥embrace your s*xuality as a powerful warrior,
🔥well managed menopause, peri, or menstruation.
I believe that aging is magical 🪄 and actually quite vibrant.
We ease slowly into these glistening unicorns that emanate strength and fitness
and erupt with confidence and s*xiness!
The hacks that work → to avoid aging ‘golden’...
1️⃣Let’s start by stepping away from extreme measures (as punishment) to change a body you loathe.
Health and wellness, the s*xy, ageless, unicorn kind, can only be
found, and last, if you stop to actually listen to where your body and mind are in space and time.
Respect, my love.
Extreme measures like aggressive all the time fitness, restrictive diets, supplements, and similar only introduce a cascading of stress hormones into your body which actually lead to golden aging.
2️⃣Learn to embrace and celebrate your body as it ages
in lieu of making every effort to avoid aging or …gasp… actually liking your body naked.
Where you are right now is awesome.
Bonus, your body will be more responsive and lasting changes will simply happen without extreme effort. (mind-body connection is real)
Even Aphrodite and the Venus of Willendorf had tummy rolls… and they were flippin’ s*x goddesses!!!
Responsive, body-aware, actions you take, instead of the reactive, stress inducers that we typically do, will lead to
🔥Balance
🔥Mobility
🔥Pain free
🔥Healthy libido
🔥Dry pants! 🙏
🔥Smooth menopause
🔥Feasible perimenopause
🔥Symptom free menstrual cycle
🔥Superior energy
This is what I love about the work I do with women every day.
Helping women discover that their bodies are not fragile, feeble, or lewd.
We get to Reclaim, Awaken, and Discover the power of her body without extremes.
To discover that movement, food, and libido…. are all awesome self-love potions, not punishments or provocative.
Wouldn't life be so grand if we had total control of our own power?
🔥🫦😍 Look-y at my new s*xy brand logo!!! Isn't she juicy?
by: PB&J Design Pat Buffum
Your recent goal setting included these, or similar, words: “I’m ready to take back control of my health!”.
So you take action.
But how, exactly, do we gain control of our health?
Take a moment to see this in varying light.
Do you think it is best to be ‘in control’ of our health & wellness?
Or,
Can it make more sense to be ‘in alignment’?
Perplexing.
Often, we think we're flawed & we need to correct ourselves.
*Cor-rect: adjective; free from error. verb; to put right (an error or fault).*
We desire to be desirable (a term that has somehow collided with the terms “health” or ‘wellness’).
And sometimes, we feel fear about our body being distorted or weak in some way.
So, in order to fix the ‘problem’, we try to create control…
We follow a set of generic, highly rigorous, robotic practices that boast a tagline in some verbiage around ‘taking back control’.
That control looks like…
⚖️Daily vigorous workouts,
⚖️Tracking our marcos, micros, calories, & beyond,
⚖️Body fat, scale readings to determine success
⚖️Steady state cardio
⚖️Metabolic practices
⚖️Cold plunges/Hot spaces
⚖️Restrictive diets
Control = using force, restriction, or aggressiveness to coerce change.
Yet, health & wellness cultures convince us, on auto-repeat, that these are THE practices that give you results!
In all reality, being in ‘control’ is MAYBE great if you're 20-something.
However, what is actually happening to your 35+ year old body…
👎Stress hormones cascade your body creating metabolism depletion
👎Hormone disrupt
👎More prone to injury
👎Irregular menstrual cycle
👎Symptom heavy menopause
👎Low libido
👎Unlasting changes
👎Body dysmorphia
👎Chronic fatigue
👎Sleep irregularities
A little clandestine fact about creating change that lasts → It’s not about ‘taking back control’,
Varying light: lasting transformation focuses on …
ALIGNMENT!
Alignment is about listening to what you REALLY need.
To be:
✨Playful,
✨Sensual,
✨Cyclical,
✨Flowing,
✨Powerful,
✨Curious,
✨& Vulnerable.
I know, it sounds a little contradictory to what we are constantly told about reclaiming our health & wellness.
But hear me out, I’m going to let you in on a little secret…🤫I’m a recovering control freak.
I used to think I had to be in control.. of everything, to be honest.
ESPECIALLY my body.
So I fought vigorously to take control of my body so I could fulfill my desire to look lustrous, firm, ‘skinny’.
I did all the aforementioned ‘control’ practices to correct my body.
Little did I acknowledge that I did not authentically love my body,
My body hurt more than it flourished during workouts,
And, my powerful practices became an open door to injuries.
As women, we are cyclical creatures.
Every single month our metabolic cycle literally starts over, fresh, clean.
It’s magical!
It’s like an unopened book. Cracking the binding for the first time…EVERY month!
What I help women do is cultivate a newfound awareness for this cycle of newness.
Regardless of your current phase in life: menstruation or menopause.
So they can create changes they desire, without correcting, without controlling, without beating herself with a whip.
We create alignment by embracing a power that is so divine, so strong, so foundational.
A highly neglected and misunderstood vessel. The foundation of our musculoskeletal system, the pelvis!
I help progressive women find common ground in hormones,
the air traffic control center for our entire metabolism - the magic makers behind the magic.
When we can understand through a balance of ease and effort to cultivate alignment in lieu of control,
We can create lasting evolution of our body, life, and power.
Simply by rekindling power of the pelvis and encouraging hormone harmony
We become self-aware, sensual, and powerful.
This deep understanding of our body turns into a
responsive, sensitive, loving, unwaveringly powerful body we can finally embrace.
So let go, my love, of being in control…
Lasting change will happen when we can embrace alignment and let go of force.
Change is easier than we think.
If you are tired of doing all the things with little to no success, connect and we can explore a more beautiful source of transforming magic that aligns with YOUR body as a progressive woman beyond 35.
I’m here when you’re ready.
xo, Erin
I am flabbergasted by the number of ambitious, driven, intuitive women that still believe being overwhelmed is a ‘normal’ way of living.
As a hungry-for-change kinda gal, we crave action.
So, we get caught up in the ‘do everything for everyone else first’ entanglement.
It is curiously confusing.
I was there though, so at the same time … I 100% get it.
Basically a superwoman who knows what she wants.
We tend to wear multiple hats:
📎Professional meetings
📎Managing workload and/or people
📎Tackling financial responsibilities
📎Navigating a world of leading, healing, inspiring, and educating
📎Networking
It’s literally a ‘fix’ 💊.
And that's not all – there's also our family life to consider:
👪Planning meals and cooking
👪Dealing with endless laundry
👪Taking care of the kids and managing their activities
👪Giving our spouse the love and attention they deserve
By the end of the day, we're left feeling utterly exhausted.
The problem with stacking heavy loads creates a reaction that hinders our innate super powers.
The consequences → we slowly lose ourselves in the chaos of expectation.
Along with a disconnect to our sense of self… our body goes haywire.
And those parts of us,
Our sense of self and a body we accept,
Keep us whole, vibrant, confident.
So when these parts of us feel fractured
We feel like a wreck.
Sure, we respond by doing something nice for ourselves: get our hair done, enjoy a pedicure, get a massage.
We call it self-care.
But, these are just bandaids for something that needs so much more love.
Also, women like us, craving a connection to our dynamic selves, take aggressive action, on-the-daily, to ‘get a fix’...
I used to invest so much effort in grueling workouts and strict diets,
Because they gave me a high that I thought I had control of.
If I had control of my body, then maybe I wouldn’t feel so exhausted doing all the things.
But, it all ended up working against me.
Every week felt like an endless marathon, and vibrancy felt out of reach.
I convinced myself that working out more and cutting out sugar would fix everything.
But it didn't.
I tried it all:
❌Paleo, Keto, Vegan, high carb, low carb, fasting
❌Cross-training, bodybuilding, HIIT, cycling, Bikram yoga
❌Supplements, detoxing
Yes, these can be beneficial, do create change, and give us the highs we crave.
But they are temporary and diminish as quickly as they appear.
I felt like a failure.
I know first hand that living in a body you can embrace has a massive influence on your sense of self as a powerful, ambitious, driven woman.
However,
🫥I was exhausted
🫥my hormones were out of whack,
🫥my menstrual cycle was out of whack
🫥My libido was low
🫥I was constantly injured
🫥my body refused to cooperate with my efforts.
I even consulted multiple doctors, only to hear that I was "as healthy and totally normal”. Blood work was never comprehensive because the doctors said “there is no need, you are healthy”.
I decided it was time to sn**ch back control of my body, my life, my power.
What I uncovered was vibrational but challenged the common conditioning around women's health, so I hesitated to share it.
But it worked, and it worked brilliantly.
I reclaimed my body, my power, and unconditional self care and acceptance.
The Feminine Fire Method was born!
I agree that reclaiming your body (sustainably) does influence that superwoman ability
We are highly capable of maintaining a vibrant, take-charge life without
❌bombarding our body,
❌chasing a fix.
❌doing all the things to the point of burnout
❌aggressiveness
❌stuckness
Radical change and reclamation come from a place of wholeness.
A place that offers authentic self-care and gentle reminders as to who you are!
My clients and I are living proof that you can
🔥Have a body you can embrace,
🔥A connected, live-feed to your super power abilities,
🔥A rich family life
🔥A thriving personal life
🔥A powerful professional/leadership life
🔥Be a badass.
The women I work with transform their stress of doing too much into power (even if they never have enough time or energy for themselves).

I am seriously obsessed with the word and idea of pleasure ...
There is a lot of confusion about what pleasure is and what it is capable of being.
Pleasure is just one piece of our s*xual health.
Let’s explore…
❓Is it s*x with yourself or another?
❓Is it decadent food?
❓Is it an expensive vacation?
❓Is it the smell of books? Or saw dust? Or fresh cut grass?
❓Or maybe it's a soak in the bath?
Another common pleasure thought …
Where is your erogenous zone?
Technically, the definition of e.z. is a sensual location on your body?
Consider this, is it a place in your mind? (This is what I think)
Too often the logical consequence with mention of pleasure, or s*xual health, are thoughts of lust, erotic sensation, lewdness, or sometimes even disgust.
Why do we place such precise expectations on this idea of pleasure?
Can we learn to be more pliable and accepting of pleasure?
The term pleasure is composed of two areas & defined in both expression & experience:
Sensuality: sensitivity, the way we feel things emotionally, cognitively, spiritually, physically.
Embodiment: how we intuitively and intentionally fill our cup or how we live.
Two pictures of me:
The first is super s*xy, what we conditionally call sensual, maybe even a bit lewd for some. I feel SO much pleasure here.
🌸I feel amazing in my skin
🌸I feel beautiful
🌸I feel healthy
🌸I feel sensual
It is a perfect representation of what many consider when thinking about "pleasure ".
The second is a picture perfect representation of my current life as a breastfeeding mom in her 40’s.
❣️I still feel beautiful
❣️I still feel healthy
❣️Breastfeeding him is sensual & an expression of embodiment for me.
My experiences in both phases of my life were highly empowering!
In the NOW,
I choose to enjoy my body, my life, & my experiences without self-judgment.
I decided that the excessive ‘what is healthy or unfit’ expectations of society were not worth stressing over.
I am still moving & eating without excessiveness & successful in creating body changes THAT LAST.
The non-excess allow me to authenticity experience pleasure!
I choose to embrace where I am NOW! Knowing that the strides I make daily & consistently will get me to where I'm going.
With patience and effort.
I choose to retrain my brain to seek pleasure over conditioned pain response.
What can you do differently, right now, to help you find joy, emotionally, physically, cognitively, & spiritually in your day to day living?
I challenge you to appreciate yourself where you are right now!
As we invite self-appreciation and self-love into our space, we are more likely to progress toward our vision(s) of optimal health, life, & love.
👉More quickly,
👉More efficiently,
👉More easefully,
👉More sustainably.
No matter your goal …
Be it: weight-loss, energy gain, reduced anxiety, improved relationship with yourself or others, etc.
I challenge you to bring more joy into your space.
In order to achieve this, you must learn to allow
Pleasure over pain
Explore your body, mind, and emotions
Invite sensation
Be vulnerable
And let that s**t go.
Wouldn't life be so much more grand if we could lead with a foundation of pleasure?
We wouldn’t have to YO-YO our way to body change!
Pleasure is a scientifically proven path to overcome body change resistance, to create sustainable change.
That’s why it is a common theme in my Radical Feminine program.
An immersive experience that empowers women to cultivate a deeper connection to themselves and others, to reestablish a positive, sustainable relationship with food, movement, and sensual self-love.
Creating changes that actually last, reclaiming and transforming your body, inner-power, establishing a pleasure-based, authentic life on an intimate level as well as with the support of an all-female community.
A humanized coaching intensive balancing fitness, yoga, nutrition, and life coaching to comprehensively harmonize your hormones, nervous system, movement, food, life, & love.
What are your thoughts? Have you practiced pleasure today?
Like this post if you like pleasure!
What happens if we have too many happy hormones?
Give your Happy Hormones a break!
While these “happy hormones” help us to feel better, it is important to remember their roles in human survival.
Endorphins mask pain, which is useful temporarily.
However, if pain were masked all the time, we would end up seriously injuring ourselves by pushing our bodies too hard.
Similarly, oxytocin is wonderful for building trusting relationships.
But if we trusted everybody all the time, we’d fall for every scam on the planet.
Too much dopamine would make us strive towards every goal with no ability to prioritize meaningfully. It also causes addiction.
Happy hormones and happiness...
Appreciate these happy hormones when they occur. But understand and accept that they cannot be our permanent state.
It’s nice to know that we are physically geared towards happiness through the production of “happy hormones”.
Happiness is not only in our minds, it is also in our bodies!
There are 3 pillars that support our health & happiness:
Our diet
Our lifestyle (including exercise)
Stress management
When was the last time you checked in with your sensual self?
Every day, we execute self-care habits through
Food,
Clothes,
Home and work environments,
And, how we move.
Surprisingly, as we age, grow a family, expand our careers, or whatever life brings our way to master, we spend less and less time on improving and experiencing sensuality.
It’s rarely part of the conversation when striving to live a balanced, joyful, healthy, vibrant life.
The funny thing is, we can experience Sensuality through all of the above mentioned activities plus some!
Social and cultural norms cultivate a behavior toward the expectation of female Sensuality as passive.
In other words, we should wait for someone to bring it to us,
We shouldn't talk about it nor go out and grab what we need or desire for our sensual self-care,
It's lewd and indiscret.
To be clear, the definition of Sensuality is:
"The condition of being pleasing or fulfilling to the senses" (source: Miriam Webster)
So, it does not necessarily refer to s*x, it can, but not always.
We can claim what we need to thrive! We are capable of feeling!
I struggled for years with the conditioned mindset of sensuality.
Life intruded on my strength as a powerful woman. I felt lost in identity and a disconnect with authenticity.
I lost control of my body. I didn’t feel adequate enough to make changes or experience new endeavors.
I had been denying myself love/attention for a while. I couldn't remember the last time I spoke kind words to myself.
Let's redefine sensuality as an enlightened path toward a
🔥Reclamation of your body to age vibrantly with confidence and strength.
🔥Reclamation of your identity to thrive as a sensual feminine powerhouse.
🔥Empowerment tool to reestablish a positive, sustainable relationship with food, movement, and self-love.
Sensuality is a powerful life force within us that allows us to cultivate a deeper connection to ourselves and to others.
It is a self-loving path to more creativity and confidence.
We can rediscover sensuality!
Through movement, food nourishment, self-love practices, and radical self-acceptance.

Did you know that food can negatively impact your Estrogen levels, your mood, your brain, and even your libido?
We conditionally think that simply changing our physical self will = a healthier, more energetic us…not necessarily.
We follow a “diet” and/or participate in a “lose 20 lbs in 21 days” workout plan to get fit quickly (reactively).
We read a book on how to transform your life through food.
But when it comes to doing the work to sustainably transform your body & life….
🍒 A body you can confidently love and honor
🍒 Age backwards without pain, with energy.
🍒 Cultivate a consistent, joyful mindset and mood.
🍒 Abundant, ravishing, sensual energy.
🍒 Shameless self-appreciation of yourself naked!
Most people won’t ever do it.
They’ll choose the “quick fix” option because it's easier.
They won’t want to put in the time, the energy, the patience it takes to really change their wellness habits to create sustainable (responsive) change.
The clients I serve are different.
They prioritize themselves over their comfort.
They make the time.
They devote their energy.
They embrace “clean eating” with curiosity, a sense of adventure and learning, & bring a positive, open minded attitude to it, daily.
And because of all of this...
They are confident.
They reclaim their body.
They cultivate a newfound love for themselves and their body.
Their outcomes are sustainable.
They experience a more sensual state of living.
They enhance their s*xual energy.
I am offering a FREE online masterclass…
Food as Power

Most people who say they want to be healthier & change their lifestyle won’t ever really sustainably do it
They’ll follow a “diet” and/or participate in a “lose 20lbs in 21 days” workout plan (or similar)
They’ll read a book on how to transform your life (or body, heart, relationship, etc.)
But when it comes to doing the work to sustainably transform your body & life….
💋 A body you can confidently love and honor
💋 Age backwards without pain
💋 Own your power and passion
💋 Abundant, ravishing, sensual energy
💋 Cultivate joyful, playful, sensual, present living
💋 Shameless self-appreciation of yourself naked!
Most people won’t ever do it.
They’ll hide because being “comfortable” is easier.
They won’t want to put in the time, the energy, the patience, the vulnerability, or the inner work that it takes to create a whole new identity.
The clients I serve are different.
They prioritize themselves over their comfort.
They make the time.
They devote their energy.
They embrace the work as a fun, playful experience & bring a positive attitude to it, daily.
They show up for the inner work — coachable, open minded, and willing to radically rewrite their story to step into a whole new way of being.
And because of all of this...
They are confident, authentic, and self-secure.
They thrive at their highest potential.
They reclaim their body.
They sn**ch their power back.
They cultivate a newfound love for themselves and their body.
Their outcomes are sustainable.
They reclaim an identity as a divine, powerful, sensual human.
My clients are walking away stronger, confident, connected.
They made the CHOICE to cultivate an inner revolution & reclaimed their power and passion.

Strength doesn't come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you thought you once couldn't.

oh how I love thee.
I'd like to step back in time a moment....to you as a child. Do you remember how agile and gumby-like you were? Because you probably squatted like this!
See my little guy playing in the sand? His body is unjaded by life and they way we use our bodies...or lack of organic mechanics in movement.
Now days your butt may not even come close to dropping this deep. But I'd like to remind you that your body is made to move this way. No matter your age! No matter your weight. No matter what.
The problem is we are trying to hard to move for the wrong reasons. We approach exercise as if it's supposed to kick our asses every time we practice.
*We overload on cardio which atrophies our structure all because we want to burn more calories.
*We think we're only successful in a workout if the effort is "felt" in the moment and maybe we are exhausted at the end.
*Our programing has turned into an elaborate, theatrical experience.
* We neglect the basic necessity of proper mechanics!!!
My suggestion. Keep your movement simple. Keep it (authentically) functional. Keep it real. Keep it mechanical.
Let's move like we were made to sit without a chair.
>>>>>>>
Yes! I 100% agree. And totally my approach when helping you. Let's do this right.
I'm helping a friend -- competitive paddleboarder -- with his training and nutrition.
As we build various physiological capabilities I can feel him wanting to rush ahead with training. "Is this enough volume?" "How come I'm not dead after workouts?" "Shouldn't I be doing more?"
Same with food. "What if we skipped breakfast?" "Isn't this too much food?" "Should I cut carbs, alcohol, etc?"
(This is normal and natural behavior, BTW).
So this is me, in a recent email, gently reminding him of the goal of his - or any other - training program.
But, before you go high-fiving me for keeping it real, don't miss something really important here.... something that'd be easy to miss.
This exchange happened because I met him half way.
With a recent program update, I simply did this: I added a few minutes of intervals to the end of 2 workouts that he felt were too easy.
Now, as you can see, he's really excited about this. And all it took was a few intervals that, in the grand scheme, probably won't negatively affect his progress at all.
In the end, here's my advice...
Don't be like MOST coaches who ignore the desires of clients and try to "reason" their wishes away with physiological logic and clever turns of phrase.
Because, unless you give clients something to grab onto, to help them feel what they want to feel, you'll lose their trust, business, maybe referrals too.
Now, don't turn this into a binary thing.
This doesn't mean acquiescing to demands or requirements that run counter to their goals.
What it means is looking for areas where you can meet them half way. Areas where it doesn't matter if it all goes down "your way".
Giving people that... I promise... will change your life.
