Our female dogs are better rabbit hunters than the males.
Every spring we dump our compost from the pigs and chickens onto our planter box crops and then start a new bed of chips for the pigs and chickens to start making a new compost load for next year. This video shows us dumping the compost onto a quadrant of four apothecary crops: white yarrow, stinging nettle, Japanese mugwort, and echinacea.
