We were called out on this 20-year-old Trane system after the compressor failed. Instead of investing more money into aging equipment, the homeowner upgraded to a new 2.5-ton Daikin condenser and matching indoor coil.

We also installed an inline emergency float switch to help protect the home from potential water damage if the condensate drain ever backs up.

Another customer taken care of before the storms rolled through this afternoon.

Their old outdoor condenser had severe coil damage caused by years of corrosion from dog urine, making it beyond repair. We replaced it with a brand-new 4-ton Goodman condenser and evaporator coil, giving the system a fresh start and restoring reliable cooling.

We also installed an inline float switch to help protect the home by shutting the system down if the condensate drain ever becomes clogged or backs up.

Just a few more things to touch up inside, and this house will be right back to cooling.
