Anytime Anywhere Truck Repair

I called in to Daniel is supposed to be Owner. I gave him my information. He in return sent me a rate spread. A breakdown of charges and rates. He tells me that he’s getting fuel and he will be there. I called him back an hour later because he still not there. He then tells me he’ll be there in 10 minutes which ended up being 30 minutes. This should’ve been a red flag for me. He gets there starting Ian telling me what he is in what he’s not going to do and what I’m gonna do and what I’m not gonna do. Like I’m paying money to work for you.. another red flag. He answered several phone calls during the time he’s on the clock for me.
So we got the truck broke down we split up for him to go get parts for me to go get parts for the things that I’m working on on the truck as well. He keeps calling me and asking me am I at the truck yet am I at the truck yet am I at the truck yet he’s wanting to see if I’m at the truck so he can show up after me and I come to realize now that he was only using this tactic to buy his self more hours on the clock. Next time I will ask for the receipts of the parts that he bought because I know they have timestamps on them. I feel that it shouldn’t take no one six hours to change out a set of brakes and bearings on a semi trailer. Only on one side of one axel. I also think I was overcharged for parts. So I’m giving this company a rating of four. They have decent work but communication is really sh*tty with a p**s poor attitude. Watch a People because there are other people out to take it vantage of you and I know that’s the type of world we live in. God bless you and your loved ones.
