You are more and more quiet these days but your mind is ever sharp. You have boycotted all sandwiches. Your sense of humor is still bright and you are still a cross-national political ju**ie. Because of your influence I became an Ivy League graduate, practicing law for many years and investing in real estate “on the side”. Because of your influence I didn’t actually retire after my art career. Because of all you’ve done for me, mom, and so many cousins, I am thankful and always trying to do my very very best.

Talking through a possible acquisition & development project recently with you, I noticed how you kept up with all the numbers in the deal (no papers or note taking), you gave me 2 additional exit options I only vaguely recognized, and then you ultimately said “It’s your decision, I know you can make it work. It’s only whether or not you WANT to do THIS deal?”

It was a pivotal moment for me.

Happy Valentine's Day! ♥️ My hubby super surprised me with a lovely bouquet of fresh flowers! Perfect for brightening up our shared home office while he is home this week, as well as keeping in line with Lunar New Year traditions to have fresh red or yellow flowers, too.

We are not usually able to spend Valentine's day together in person so it's extra nice to just work side by side with him today.
