New resource for rental property owners.

Alameda County Housing and Community Development Department announces the launch of a new rental property owner support program in partnership with the Rental Housing Collaborative (RHC).
The goal of the Housing Provider Resource Center (HPRC) is to improve housing access and quality across unincorporated Alameda County including Ashland, Castlewood, Cherryland, Fairview, San Lorenzo, Sunol, Hayward Acres, and Castro Valley.

The HPRC will provide a hotline and website for housing providers with housing law education, access to available housing services and programs, property owner and renter rights information, compliance support, property management best practices, and 1-on-1 appointments. Three locations are available in Berkeley, Oakland, and Hayward.
