Heat the canola oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the onion and green pepper and sauté for about 5 minutes, until they start to soften 🧅🫑

Scoot the veggies to the edges of the pan and turn the heat up to medium-high. Add the ground beef to the center and spread it out evenly. Let it cook undisturbed for about 5 minutes so it browns on the bottom 🍳

Season with salt and pepper, then flip and continue cooking—breaking it up into small pieces—until fully cooked and no longer pink (about 2–3 more minutes) 🥩

Lower the heat to medium-low. Stir in the ketchup, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar until everything is well combined 🍅✨

Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes so the flavors come together and the sauce thickens to your liking 😋

2 tbsp ketchup

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp paprika

✅ For Serving:

4 sesame seed hamburger buns

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

4 slices of cheddar or American cheese

Dill pickle slices (optional)

Make the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until smooth 🥣✨ Set aside.

Cook the filling: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned and the onion is softened (about 5–7 minutes) 🧅🥩 Drain excess grease.

1/2 cup hoisin sauce

1/2 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons soy sauce (dark soy preferred)

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons chili crisp or chili sauce

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup green onions, diced

Heat the neutral oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 5–7 minutes until soft and translucent 🧅

Stir in the garlic and ginger and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant 🧄✨

½ cup hoisin

2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)

1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon light brown sugar

½ teaspoon sriracha

2-3 green onions (sliced thinly)
