First off, I would like to say that I am very disappointed in the office staff. I called Thursday and had an appointment set for Friday appointment noon to 4 pm window.
Big oops on the office staff because they obviously forgot all about us and our issue. This did not go over well with us, especially being a new customer and having a big plumbing issue.
On a positive note... Service Tech Sean contacted me and was out here this morning and done a fantastic job! He was very professional and knowledgeable and kind.
Sean was the lifeline that changed our mind about ever using this company again. Should we ever have a plumbing issue again, we will call them.
We are family owned and operated with three generations of plumbing since 1980 in the Houston area.
