A special shout out to our queen, Mama Chan. Our mother is selfless, giving, full of life and strong beyond words. She is at the heart and soul of everything we do and without her, we wouldn’t be where we are today. We love you mom.

This picture was taken back on June 11, 2023 at our very first pop-up in the same space we are in now. It’s amazing to see how far we’ve come in such a short period of time. The best part is we are just getting started ❤️

For all the spud lovers out there, our MC Fries! 🥔

We use shoe string french fries which are fried to a perfect crisp. They are then topped with a generous amount of roasted scallion mayo and chili bbq sauce, and then some char-siu pork belly.

This dish created by Mama Chan, has been enjoyed by the whole family ever since we were kids and has become a staple at every family gathering.

The rice cakes are pan fried to create a super crispy exterior and then when bitten into, have a soft chewy center that creates an enticing mouth feel that keeps you running back for more!

A crowd favorite, our braised pork belly bowl also known as Lu Rou Fan. 🐖

If you know anything about Taiwanese cuisine than you know Lu Rou Fan is as ubiquitous as beef noodle soup in Taiwan. It can be made a plethora of ways and depending on where you’re from in Taiwan it can be either sweeter or more savory.

Our braised pork is cooked for hours until its fall apart tender, while absorbing all of the delicious spices and herbs to create a sweet and savory dish that makes you coming back for more.
