US Navy RTC Boot Camp Graduation Ceremony

Congratulations to the newest and sharpest Sailors in the U.S. Navy who graduated boot camp Sept. 18, 2025! The reviewing officer was Capt. Christopher Carmichael, Commander, Western Sector, United States Military Entrance Processing Command.

The purpose of uniform inspections in boot camp is to instill military bearing, enforce discipline, and ensure recruits are adhering to Navy standards. Recruit Division Commanders uphold this tradition by inspecting appearance, personal grooming, and the proper wear of the uniform.

Recruit Training Command was honored to host Mr. Robert Currier, Navy Club National Commandant, during the capping ceremony at boot camp. The capping ceremony signifies recruits becoming Sailors at the end of RTC’s crucible event, Battle Stations.
