It’s been a rough couple days and we hope everyone is safe from the storm. Sending good vibes to those caught in the path who have clean up and such to do. I am that small biz owner, artist, clerk, social media person, the buyer, the merchandiser, printer, photographer, the janitor, the greeter and well you get it…my list is long. But to see you step into my shop where I’ve carefully chosen the apparel, tee colors, hand made notebooks, designed the gifts, drawn all the designs, printed all the apparel, etc…well no words can describe the wave of pride and the happy you bring with your comments, praise, happy words and surprise when I mention I’m a one octopus show and the artist…well thank you for making this local artist a happy happy one! BOM as it is called is the product, determination and hard work is the result of Missy’s creativity and drive to build and own her own surf style apparel & gifts brand and shop. This year BOM will celebrate over 6+ years in business and 2 years in the current spot in Park Circle. When cool ladies rock their rad hats! Not sure what it was about last week’s customers but they were all the best! We had customers ( new & regulars ) who stopped in for a quick gift, hellos, checking on what’s new as well as a new group of visitors and citizens who hadn’t been in yet to see us. We had merch roll out the door to Mt Pleasant, Charlotte, Texas, Montana, Connecticut, Ohio, Maryland, Cali, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maine, Tennessee, Florida and….get ready for this one….Tokyo Japan! Yeppers Japan!!!!!!! So thanks to all of you I’ll be back to work Wednesday refreshed and grateful for all the amazing gifts this incredible journey with BOM is bringing! Thank you all for taking the time to check us out, shop local and be part of this fun adventure too!
