Our Technician was Matt Eberly. We had called this past Thursday and setup an appt for this date. Our initial problem was the track that the chain runs on, fell off the bulkhead wall. Matt corrected this problem quickly. We also had the builder grade spring assembly replaced as Matt had stated the life expendency is not long.

Matt did a great job overall and also performed all maintenance processes.

Our garage door springs broke ,making the door unusable. Called Precision at 7:30 am requesting service. Received a call about 15 minutes later saying a technician would be at my home between 8 and 10 that same morning. 15 minutes later Matt E. Called to let us know he would arrive between 8:30 and 8:45. He arrived within the time frame. Reviewed the problem then installed the replacement system my husband requested. He had everything he needed on hand and also replaced the garage door opener at our request. Everything was done in an hour and a half. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would use this company again in a heartbeat.

Matt E came out the next day at the appointed time. His appearance and professionalism was apparent from the start. Not pushy with his recommendations and we were able to settle on the best solution. The end result was a 180 degree turn around from when he started. I highly recommend them.

The service was professional, detailed and completed in a timely manner. Ken S. also provided safety advice about the electrical cord I had connected to my garage door.
