I just had to write and tell you of the wonderful experience I've had long distance with Zack and 1 Stop repairs. I sent an Xbox with a damaged HDMI port for him to repair. He ordered a new port but unfortunately wasn't able to fix the Xbox after much time and effort. When I asked how much I owed him he said "nothing." He said I don't charge if I can't fix and guarantee my work. Amazing!! Such a pleasure to deal with and a really nice guy. I'd recommend him to anyone.
