Job Description
We’re looking for a sales representative to actively seek out and engage customers at our cellphone store. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost sales growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Check Inventory at the store
Sales of cellphone plans and services, sales of equipment and cellphone accessories
Continuously improve through feedback
Skills

Proven work experience as a sales representative
knowledge of the use of the Internet and e-mail
Preferably bilingual (Spanish - English)
Highly motivated
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Able to multitask
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $8.50 - $14.00 per hour
