After church roof inspection as a family!

Kamryn thought it was the coolest thing seeing her dad climb a roof and ‘draw’ on it with chalk 🙏🥹

We didn’t expect this newer roof to have extensive damage but it did so next step is sending the inspection photos and report to our sweet new clients.

They are new to town so I also made them an intro to a new friend in their neighborhood. ✔️

Yesterday was full of free roof inspections which means today is a heavy office day working with our customers to get their claims filed!

There’s a big gap in the industry as most people don’t actually know what’s important when filing their insurance claim and they get denied 😔

So whether you use us or you choose another local roofer, here’s what you need to know:

We even sat down with an Insurance Claims Expert on Monday this week just to make sure their expert opinion matched ours and it does!

1. Get documented photos of the condition of your roof

2. Know the hail or storm date that most effected your roof, most of the time you have a 2 year max window to get your claim filed so you want to keep track of storm dates especially since we have so many in Oklahoma!

3. Mention the claim is for hail and wind, that way the adjuster fully inspects both types of damage.

4. Call your LOCAL agent when filing, not the busy claims line because your local agent can work to make sure their claims department is thorough and responsive and you’ll get better care!

Behind Streamlined Roofing & Construction is a different kind of operator.

Brandi Gilstrap brings a unique background that extends far beyond construction.

A graduate of the Price College of Business, she began her career helping scale a direct mail and marketing company serving car dealerships across the country, learning firsthand how to drive revenue, manage systems, and build businesses that actually perform.

From there, she went on to launch her own brand- coaching entrepreneurs, leading retreats, and helping high-level individuals grow businesses rooted in clarity, alignment, and profitability.

But when she stepped into the roofing industry alongside her husband, she saw something immediately: gaps.

Gaps in communication.
Gaps in systems.
Gaps in how customers were being served.

And she knew there was an opportunity to build something different.

Where the founder brings decades of hands-on construction experience, Brandi brings the structure behind it all.

Her strength isn’t swinging a hammer, it’s building a business that runs efficiently, communicates clearly, and delivers consistently while bringing people along to win!

She’s certified in Culture Index behavioral analytics, giving her a deep understanding of people, how they think, how they operate, and how to build teams and relationships that actually work.

Her personality is the opposite of casual. She’s direct. Focused. Intentional.

Through years of hands-on experience, he’s seen both sides of the business.

That’s exactly what shaped his commitment to doing things differently: with honesty, simplicity, and integrity. No shortcuts. No pressure. Just straightforward work done the right way.

He’s a family man at his core. He’s married to his high school sweetheart, raising their 4-year-old daughter, and preparing to welcome another baby into the world. Everything he builds, both in business and in life, is rooted in creating something solid for his family and the families he serves.

And while he takes his work seriously, he doesn’t take himself too seriously.

→ Breaks the seal that keeps water out

It creates creases or cracks
→ Once creased, shingles won’t reseal

You can usually spot wind damage from the ground much easier than you can hail damage.
