Got signed in at Brownstown all pumped and ready to go until we realized during engine heat, we have a head gasket issue and loaded er back up in the box.

Took some time off to focus on some personal goals, 20lbs down makes a big difference in the racecar!
Yesterday we went to Lincoln Park Speedway’s Sunday Funday to shake down the car. Engine has 5 nights on it but has sat for a while so we’ve got a few more things to look over. If all goes well during maintenance we’re hoping to be at Brownstown Speedway this Saturday.
Then it’s full focus on preparing for our 2026 season! 🏁

18 years ago today, I got my first sprint car win. It came at Devil's Bowl Speedway. A night I’ll never forget! 🏁

Decided Thursday night we would get the car out for the first race of 2024 and run the Josh Burton Memorial. 34 cars signed in. We qualified 8th in our group which had us starting 8th in the 2nd heat. We were battling for 6th but finished 7th. Started 10th in the B main they were taking top 4. We were passing for 2nd on the last lap and clipped the infield tire and sent us flipping a few times. We will re group and be back out! It felt great being competitive again. 🏁🤘🏼

Not the ending result we were hoping for in the A but we did what we could with the cards we were dealt! We rolled out 11th and a few laps in we got collected in a couple cars that were spinning out, which sent us to the tail going back to about 20th. We loaded the car in one piece and salvaged a 14th place finish tonight!

We are optimistic that we’ve blown the cobwebs out of the 22, and can’t wait to take this momentum into 2024!

Got the car welded up and patched together just in time to make the Paragon Speedway Finale!
Unfortunately during hotlaps we realized we have a spongy brake pedal, so we will have to do what we can the rest of the night. 27 cars are on deck tonight, we qualified 3rd in group 2.
In our heat race we started 2nd and finished 4th. Waiting on the B Main to determine our starting position in the A.
Glad to be here and having fun as always! 🏁

Gonna have to sit this weekend out unfortunately. Chassis is cracked and bent in a few places.
We would love the opportunity if anyone has an open seat in the meantime!

Started on the pole in heat 1. On lap 1 half way down the back stretch our right rear made contact with someone’s left front and it turned us straight into the wall, we thankfully didn’t go over but it was a close one.
Cody, Allison and I got busy and got the car together enough to do a start and park. A lot of broken stuff so we will regroup this week and see what our next plans are. Thanks to David Hair for the Jacobs Ladder and everyone else who offered to help, we really appreciate it!
