Anyone who knows me knows that fall is my absolute FAVORITE time of year.
Forget all the pumpkin spice … give me fall colored leaves and the peace and quiet of a crisp Saturday morning.

And just like that, my laptop has been turned in and my time with Manpower has come to an end.
Little did I know 11 years ago when I hobbled through that door - and I literally hobbled as I was four days post foot surgery and was still trying to negotiate how to get around on crutches - how much of an impact my time here would have on me. I have had the opportunity to be a part of some really cool things, work with some amazing businesses, hiring managers, and candidates, as well as discover what my true passion is - recruiting and connecting with others.
I am so grateful for my time with Manpower and the team that I have had the privilege to work with - THANK YOU!
Cheers to a new adventure!

It’s the end of an era … after having a trampoline in the backyard for the past five years, it’s time to say goodbye.

Camping Labor Day weekend has become somewhat of a tradition for our camping family.
This past weekend was amazing with our extended family with a total of seven campers/families (plus more that joined during the days), food galore, muddy kids running amuck for hours on end, no cell reception, beautiful weather … it was a perfect camping weekend. And to top it all off, some leaves had started to fall at our site ( ).

This summer, I took on a challenge - a 75 day challenge that wasn't as much physically challenging as it was mentally challenging. I'm proud and happy to report that I completed that challenge successfully last Friday!
Over the past 75 days I have:
- Completed 150 dedicated/intentional workouts which equates to over 112 hours of movement and over 150 miles walked
- Drank 75 gallons of water
- Read 750+ pages of personal development
The physical results of this challenge - I lost a little over 5lbs and 10 inches over 75 days but more than that, I proved to myself that I can do hard things...that when I don't want to do something, my WHY and my discipline will push me through.

First Day of School!
It is CrAzY that we have an 8th grader and a 4th grader in the house. I’m so thankful that both girls were excited about another school year!
Eli, on the other hand, was very sad that his marshmallows were gone…or maybe he was enjoying the peace and calm.
