Isodynamic
Isodynamic was formed in 2014 through the Hip-Hop Dance Club at the University of Delaware by 3 ambitious students who had one goal... to have fun!!!
Only official hip hop dance crew started by an RSO at UD. We are people who love hip hop dance. Whether you are experienced or not, we welcome you to come out and take our classes! Our crew within our club is called ISODYNAMIC and we teach classes as well as perform. Members may join our crew based on dedication and passion towards the club and hip hop dance, not based on their level of experience

"Starting at the age of 6, my parents forced me to start taking Indian classical dance lessons with hopes that I can stay in touch with my culture more. At first I didn’t enjoy it because I felt that going to practice every week was a bit boring to do when I could have been at home playing with my toys instead. But whenever my parents and relatives would praise me for my performances, I felt that I had talent and that there was something I was good at. I didn’t want to let go of that feeling. Eventually I started dancing to styles that were less traditional such as bollywood and tollywood. I was able to have more fun with those styles because it allowed for more personality rather than having uniformity. Now I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined a totally different genre of dance I’m not trained in. I cannot wait to expand my skills and learn new things while being In Isodynamic.
Dancing means being able to use your body to connect with the audience and make them feel an emotion you’re portraying. It means to be able to have an opportunity where you put in blood, sweat and tears just to perform a 5 to 10 minute performance. It's used as an outlet for what you experience in your life to be shown in a form of art."
