Meet Beverly 💫

Beverly Deal, LCSW, ADHD-CCSP, is a compassionate social worker who meets clients where they are and honors their right to self-determination. With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in ADHD, trauma, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and chronic health conditions—offering collaborative, ethical care that supports meaningful change.

Autism Acceptance Month is a time to honor and celebrate the identities and experiences of individuals with Autism. It focuses on meaningful acceptance, inclusion, and support, going beyond simple awareness to promote deeper understanding.

✨️Terri Cook-Fasano, LCSW✨️

With over 20 years of experience, Terri brings both deep clinical expertise and genuine compassion to her work at Newark Behavioral Health. She has supported children, adolescents, and adults across a range of settings, including schools, community practice, residential treatment, and inpatient care.

Terri specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and LGBTQIA2S+ mental health. She is trained in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR, and is known for her warm, nonjudgmental style that helps clients feel safe, understood, and empowered.

In addition to her clinical work, Terri generously supports fellow clinicians through training and consultation within the practice. We’re so grateful for the care and expertise she brings to our team and community.
