You might have noticed a little pause here on this page over the past two weeks. That wasn’t a glitch — it was integration time.

Right after our beautiful Rooted & Released night — that deep weaving of ear seeding, cacao ceremony, and somatic dance with two other incredible practitioners — I needed to let the echoes settle. Tend to some behind-the-scenes roots: taxes (the less glamorous ceremony 😅), family time over Easter, and a bit of rest before the next bloom.

Consider that gap a loading period — the in-between where what was planted gets time to root before the next opening.

And now… we’re back. Just in time for something gentle and grounding.
