Thanks to everyone who got outside, stayed active, and made this challenge a success. Every step helped us build healthier habits and create a little friendly competition along the way.

As we wrap up our most festive and eventful Pride Month yet, we'd like to celebrate the teammates who volunteered their time across four (!!) incredible events supporting the LGBTQ+ community. 🤝

For the third year in a row, we returned to Project Angel Food to prepare meals made with a whole lot of love for those in need across LA County. ❤️

We also headed to San Francisco for the fourth consecutive year to help construct the iconic Pink Triangle on Twin Peaks. Since 1995, the Pink Triangle has stood as a powerful symbol of remembrance, resilience, and Pride. 🏳️‍🌈

Our Rainbow Knights ERG hosted its second event, bringing the energy to the Sacramento Pride March. By all accounts, it was an unforgettable celebration. 🛼

Finally, at the Silicon Valley Pride 5K/10K, we supported the course, cheered on runners, and soaked in every bit of that incredible community spirit. 🏅

We're grateful for the opportunity to support these organizations and communities year after year. Here's to many more. 🙏✨

We’re excited to launch a new series highlighting the incredible people who make Knighted such a special place to work. Our first spotlight shines on Christine S.!

Recently celebrating 12 years with Knighted, Christine is an Operations Manager known for her encouraging leadership, supportive approach, and dedication to her team. She is passionate about creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.

Christine also plays an active role in leading Knighted Neighbors initiatives, helping bring team members together to support and give back to the community. Her commitment to service extends beyond the workplace through her work as a public health nurse, and she has recently taken on the challenge of running for California Governor.

When asked what advice she would give to others hoping to make a positive impact, Christine shared: “Positive impact is rarely about grand gestures. Most of the time, it is about showing up. It is about the small, consistent things done with intention.”

Taking a moment to celebrate our Knighted Artichoke Joe's team, who earned the championship title in this year's March Madness Wellness Competition!

Throughout March, 16 teams went head-to-head in a single-elimination wellness showdown - and the competition was fierce from start to finish:

A huge shoutout to Manteca, who came head-to-head with AJ’s in the finals and brought near-perfect participation numbers all tournament long. That kind of team-wide commitment is what this is all about. 👏

Congrats to every team that showed up, competed, and learned something new along the way. Wellness wins all around. 💪

Last week, Knighted showed up strong for National Volunteer Week with the Los Angeles Food Bank. 💪 Over three days, 30 team members came together to sort 130,000+ pounds of produce, powered by teamwork and a shared commitment to give back. Way to go, Knights!

This past week, our Knighted Neighbors team celebrated Earth Day at the Oakland Zoo by lending a hand with some real, hands-in-the-dirt work. 🌿

As part of the Arroyo Viejo Creek Restoration Project, we cleared debris, planted native plants, and landscaped a walkway leading to the creek, all in an effort to repair damaged and neglected stream areas and restore a healthy habitat for local wildlife.

Celebrating Earth Day means more than just talking about it. We're grateful to be a team that shows up and does the work. 🌎 ,

In honor of Women’s History Month, our Women’s Initiative Network partnered with Knighted Neighbors to take action in our communities.

This year’s theme, Leading the Change: Women Shaping a Sustainable Future, inspired us to organize activities that protect the environment and create a lasting impact.

Our Sacramento and Central Valley teams joined the Sacramento Valley Conservancy at Kiefer Wetland Preserve, removing trash and debris while learning about the vital role of vernal pools and the effects of stormwater pollution.

In Southern California, our teams worked with Friends of Ballona Wetlands, watering, cleaning, and trimming plants to help native vegetation thrive.

Together, we’re turning action into impact and building healthier communities for everyone. 🌿
