The annual Jersey City Freedom Fireworks Festival takes place right on the Hudson River! Come to the biggest Independence Day celebration in New Jersey for a full-day filled with live music on two stages, amusement rides, and myriad eats and drinks. The festivities will culminate with a fireworks extravaganza against Lady Liberty and the New York City skyline. Jersey City’s 50 Star Fireworks, July 4th at Sundown, features fireworks by Grucci. Two barges with fireworks will be located along the Hudson River, one off 2nd Street and the other by the Colgate Clock. Flo Rida, Shaq and Funk Flex are on the lineup. Jersey City Night Market will take place from 12-10 pm near the Exchange Place PATH station.
