[08/02/21]   Must have some bookkeeping and billing skills, be able to post Accounts receivables in a cloud-based software, must have MS word and MS Excel skills. Must understand accounting-based software and know some Quickbooks.

[07/05/21]   Overseeing timely completion of Real Estate sales and budget analysis concerning distressed properties. recommendations relating to isolated tenant rent issues
Maintained a tracking system to monitor rent receivables and identify rental delinquencies
Coordinated and implemented legal actions for collections of rent as well as communicating and conducting walk-thru of their case.
Researching, analyzing, and managing a monthly task for any upcoming cases including court dates, index numbers, e-court, and Housing Preservation Department.
Coordinating requested information for warrants: having Attorneys execute a Non-Military affidavit of Investigation and executing warrant thru a marshal’s office in that preparing non-compliance of affidavit with our signatures as well as its notarization
Maintaining ongoing relationships with outside law firms or attorneys for assistance with case information
Supervision of company staff, coordinate and implementation of work orders for HPD, Section-8 or Court Stipulated repairs.
Ensure regulatory lease compliance including family composition and rent verification initiatives
Ensure regulatory compliance with various city agencies like the Department of Housing, Preservation & Development (HPD).
Responsible for the overall Management of approximately 120 Coop. units along with 39 rental units.
Spearheading the Development & Training curriculum and services under both TIL and Cooperative Support Program at HPD.
