π§ Cheese & Breadsticks:
β 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade) π
β 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese π§
β Β½ cup provolone cheese, shredded π§
β 2 tablespoons butter, melted π§
β 1 teaspoon garlic powder π§
β 1 teaspoon dried parsley (for garnish) πΏ
β Marinara or cheese sauce (for dipping) π
π©βπ³ How to Make It
1οΈβ£ Cook the Philly Cheesesteak Filling β Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add onions and bell peppers, sautΓ©ing for 2-3 minutes. Add thinly sliced steak, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce, and cook until browned (about 4 minutes). Remove from heat and set aside.
2οΈβ£ Prepare the Dough β Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface. Cut into 6-8 equal strips.
3οΈβ£ Fill & Fold β Sprinkle mozzarella and provolone cheese evenly on half of each strip, then top with Philly cheesesteak filling. Fold over the dough and pinch the edges to seal.
4οΈβ£ Bake to Perfection β Place stuffed breadsticks on a lined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and sprinkle with dried parsley. Bake at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
