β¨ Soft & Chewy Cranberry Orange Cookies
Moist, chewy, and bursting with citrusy flavorβyour new favorite treat!
πͺ Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened π§
1/2 cup brown sugar π―
1/4 cup granulated sugar π¬
1 egg π₯
1 tbsp orange zest π
1 tbsp orange juice π
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour πΎ
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt π§
3/4 cup dried cranberries π
Optional: 1/2 cup white chocolate chips π€
πͺ Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg, zest, and orange juice.
Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
Fold in cranberries and chocolate chips if using.
Scoop dough balls onto baking sheet, spacing well.
Bake 10β12 mins until edges are golden. Cool and enjoy!

β¨ Classic Vanilla Butterfly Cakes
Soft cupcakes filled with jam and cream, topped with their own βbutterflyβ wings.
π§ Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened π§
1/2 cup granulated sugar π¬
2 large eggs π₯
1 tsp vanilla extract πΌ
1 cup self-raising flour (or all-purpose + 1 Β½ tsp baking powder) πΎ
2 tbsp milk π₯
Strawberry jam or lemon curd ππ
Whipped cream or frosting π¦
Powdered sugar (for dusting) βοΈ
π§ Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line muffin tin with paper cases.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
Fold in flour and milk until just combined.
Spoon into cases (2/3 full) and bake 15β18 mins, until golden. Let cool.
Cut a small circle from top of each cupcake, then slice that circle in half to make βwings.β
Fill hole with jam and a swirl of cream. Place the two cake halves on top like butterfly wings.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve!

π No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Balls
Creamy, spiced, and coated in graham cracker crumbsβthese are like bite-sized pumpkin pie truffles!
π§‘ Ingredients:
1 cup cream cheese, softened π§
1/2 cup pumpkin purΓ©e π
1/4 cup powdered sugar π¬
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice π
1/2 tsp vanilla extract πΌ
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (divided) πͺ
π₯ Instructions:
In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs to thicken the mixture slightly.
Chill the mixture for 30 minutes until firm enough to roll.
Scoop and roll into balls (about 1 tbsp each).
Roll each ball in the remaining graham cracker crumbs to coat.
Chill for another 15β20 minutes, then enjoy! βοΈ

A bold and saucy stir-fry with tender beef, bell peppers, and savory soy sauce β just like your favorite takeout!
π₯’ Ingredients:
1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain π₯©
2 tbsp soy sauce πΏ
1 tbsp cornstarch π₯
2 tbsp vegetable oil π’οΈ
1 red bell pepper, sliced πΆοΈ
1 green bell pepper, sliced π«
1 small onion, sliced π§
2 cloves garlic, minced π§
For the Sauce:
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce πΆ
2 tbsp oyster sauce π
1 tbsp rice vinegar π
1 tsp sugar π¬
1/4 cup beef broth or water π§
1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water (slurry) π₯
π₯ Instructions:
Toss sliced beef with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp cornstarch. Let marinate 15 mins.
In a hot wok or pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Sear beef until browned, about 2β3 mins. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining oil. Stir-fry onion and bell peppers 2β3 mins until slightly softened.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Return beef to pan.
Pour in sauce mixture. Simmer 2 mins, then stir in cornstarch slurry. Cook until thickened.
Serve hot over white rice or noodles! ππ₯’

A refreshing layered dish with sweet-tangy grilled chicken, fluffy rice, and creamy avocado salsa.
π Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
2 chicken breasts, sliced thin π
2 tbsp olive oil π«
2 tbsp honey π―
Juice & zest of 1 lime π
2 cloves garlic, minced π§
1/2 tsp chili powder πΆ
Salt & pepper to taste π§
For the Avocado Salsa:
2 ripe avocados, diced π₯
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced π§
1 small tomato, chopped π
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped πΏ
Juice of 1/2 lime π
Salt & pepper π§
For the Stack:
2 cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice π
Optional: sour cream or Greek yogurt for topping
π₯ Instructions:
Marinate chicken in honey, lime juice, oil, garlic, and spices for at least 30 mins.
Grill or pan-sear chicken until golden and fully cooked.
Mix avocado salsa ingredients in a bowl.
Layer rice on a plate, top with sliced chicken, then avocado salsa. Add a drizzle of sour cream or lime for extra zing. π₯ππ₯

π Ingredients:
10 large jalapeΓ±o peppers, halved and seeded πΆ
1/2 lb ground beef π
Salt & pepper to taste π§
1/2 tsp garlic powder π§
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened π§
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese π§
1/4 cup diced pickles (optional) π₯
10 slices bacon, cut in half π₯
Toothpicks for securing β
π₯ Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking tray with foil.
Brown the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess fat.
Mix beef with cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and pickles (if using).
Fill each jalapeΓ±o half with the beef-cheese mixture.

Juicy seared steak, melty cheese, and crispy tortillas β simple, satisfying, and delicious!
π Ingredients:
1 lb flank or skirt steak π₯©
1 tsp salt π§
1/2 tsp black pepper πΆοΈ
1 tsp garlic powder π§
1 tbsp olive oil π«
1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese π§
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese π§
4 large flour tortillas π―
1 tbsp butter (for pan-frying) π§
π₯ Instructions:
Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat.
Sear steak 3β4 minutes per side until medium rare. Let rest 5 mins, then slice thinly.
On half of each tortilla, layer steak and cheeses. Fold over.

π Ingredients:
2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced π§
3 cloves garlic, minced π§
2 tbsp olive oil π«
1 tbsp butter π§
1/2 tsp salt + 1/4 tsp sugar π§
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened π§
1/2 cup sour cream πΆ
1 cup shredded mozzarella π§
1/2 cup grated GruyΓ¨re or Swiss cheese π§

In a skillet, heat oil and butter over medium-low. Add onions, salt, and sugar.
