🇺🇸 Shutdown Ending — Back to Work

After weeks of uncertainty, the shutdown is finally ending — and we’re heading back to work.

It’s been a long stretch. Two missed paychecks, a lot of waiting, and even more resilience.
But through it all, people showed steady leadership, patience, and quiet strength.

As we return, I’m grateful for the colleagues, contractors, and service members who held the line with integrity.
The mission didn’t stop — it just paused. And now we’re ready to move forward again.

Here’s to clarity, stability, and getting back to doing work that matters.
One day at a time. One step at a time.

🧩 November 12 — Day 43

“Problems feel smaller when broken into pieces. Solve one piece; celebrate that clarity.”

The House votes today on the Senate’s bill to end the shutdown.
If it passes, we could finally be back to work tomorrow or Friday.

After 43 days, that small hope feels big.
One step, one vote, one piece at a time. 🇺🇸

Each place, each mission, and each teammate left a mark — lessons in leadership, humility, and service that still guide me today.
