Train hard, laugh harder! Keeping weights heavy and hearts light, come train with a WSM from 2018 and learn a unique sport.

2. Yoke Walk
3. Sandbag Load
You will learn technique for all three (3) lifts, test out a tentative 1RM in log press and make some of the cutest training faces ever.

Atlas Stones, what most people think of when they think of Strongman. This is usually the final event of most high level competitions and a fan favorite.
As seen above, it is a highly functional movement that uses muscles in your entire body, in particular, your posterior chain; back, glutes and hamstrings.
This Saturday, there is another opportunity to be introduced to the sport of Strongman, and will help to provide a starting point for what the Strongman program will look and feel like moving1 forward.
