About five / six weeks ago he replaced the screen on my Samsung Galaxy 5 which broke when I inadvertently dropped it. It is working like brand new. The repair took about 20 minutes. During the time it took to repair my phone he worked with other customers at the shop as well as fielded telephone inquiries.
This morning he worked with my wife to diagnose the problem with her phone (also Samsung) and provided cost efficient repair options to her. She is satisfied with the quality of his workmanship and feels the cost is reasonable.
On three separate occasions I listened to him interacting with other customers who brought in phones from other manufacturers such as Iphone and Motorola. If it is repairable, I think Jim can do the job. If a part is not in his stock - he is able to get it - generally within a few hours or a business day or so at most. I think this is the case for many if not all brands / models of cell phones.
Jim is a patient gentleman who listens carefully as customers explain the nature of the problems with their phones. His service is prompt and courteous. Prices are reasonable.
Not once did I have the impression he seeks to take advantage of his customers. In fact, in more than one instance, I heard him recommend the less expensive repair option. "Why throw away your money" he said to them. I highly recommend you take your broken cell phone to LAZY BEE CELL PHONE REPAIR.

For those who have been to Busy Mall in Flushing, NY knows the security guard. His name is WILBUR WHITE. He is very sick and as of right now his family does not know he is in the hospital. He is currently in NEW YORK PRESBYTERIAN HOSPITAL in MICU. Please share this post until we unite them. As far as we know he has a sister in Brooklyn and in the Bronx. Thank you!

If your galaxy s series has a broken frame, broken bezel, Missing home button, Menu sensors not responding or cracked lens, and LCD is still 100% functional. We can replace you another brand new assembly. Please call in for further details.

For all samsung and iPhone glass lens repairs, If you DO NOT add the gel back on the lcd/digitizer you WILL lose touch sensitive on the unit. I have seen MANY MANY repairs done at other stores and the problems happens right away. So please keep a reminder that prices don't matter if YOUR phone gets repaired the wrong way. For those who did get it done somewhere else, we do provide the service for $60. Also KEEP in mind, we are having imitations now claiming to be US. If the business card does not say LAZY BEE, IT IS NOT US.
