Fellow realtors, be careful as I received a Zillow call yesterday asking me to list a property. The person is very convincing and they provide all documentation for the house they want to sell. They use the excuse they’re out of town but want you to sell it anyway and they’ll arrange for access. Total scam just be careful. This house was just sold yesterday and when I told him I would call the two realtors that were involved in the transaction, he said it’s OK I already spoke to them. He did not speak to them.
