We included quiet a few giddied journals in our gift box collection. I am a huge an of them. Guided journals cause you to pause. To reflect. To connect the past with the future. It means legacy.

There is so much power in knowing where you come from and I think the Mom’s Story Journal can be so powerful.

A couple of people have asked me how you use these and I have two ideas.

You simply give it to your mom and she fills it out and hands it back to you when she is ready.

Or

You make it a mommy and me activity/reoccurring date. You ask her the questions and you record and she speaks and travels back in time.

Which every way you chose, you end up with something tangle and invaluable.

Hi Friends!!! I want to share an initiative I have been working on for the last week or so. I am putting together gift boxes (Easter themed, with egg decorating kits, slime, sidewalk chalk, etc) for kids of essential workers (cleaning services, food services, doctors, nurses, social workers, healthcare providers, law enforcement etc). I heard so many stories of essential workers that can't go home to their kids as they fear the risk of potentially exposing them to the virus. I shared on my IG page yesterday and received over 100 names and addresses overnight and they keep pouring in. We only have enough resources to send about 80 boxes out this Monday but I will continue to collect names and addresses to send out another batch of love boxes later this month. 1. Have you noticed that we have been officially By Dami Studios for about 2 years now? I made the change from because our brand is now more than invitations, we have evolved into a design studio that creates meaningful goods for all of life's moments.
2.We have a couple of collaborations and new products launching this year.Our goal is to create products/gifts that inspire, comfort and encourage.To be candid, we started with and will always love and continue with stationery but we are actively working to feel the gap in truly intentional and impactful products/gifts.
3. You can find us donating and supporting teachers , sitting and working on the board of to promote Sickle Cell Awareness and being a global ambassador for .

Excited to share that we are bringing 13" chargers to the shop!! And this one, known as the "Rera Charger" is heading to Maryland for next week's culinary experience. I am so excited to be heading to Maryland and already preparing myself for the 5 course fine dinning experience Chef Rera is preparing coupled with signature cocktails by . And here is the full (+ inspiration) we created for 's workshop!! It is most definitely a statement piece. While at the movies this summer, a Dora the Explorer (swipe) movie "poster" caught my attention. So I took pics and added it to my "will try out list." I love how the individual layers in varying heights and proximity created a cohesive scene. I added some texture using different materials and here we are!!! Stay tuned to see how it worked with the tablescape for the workshop!!!
