If you think underwire bras are uncomfortable, if you constantly adjust your bra during the day, you are wearing wrong size. Here are some ways to tell if you are wearing wrong size.
1. Your band rides up in the back
This means your band is too big.
2. Is your underwire sitting away from your chest wall?
This means your cups are too small.
3. Do you have dents on your shoulders?
This means your band is too big.
4. Are your breasts bulging out over the top, sides, or bottom of my cups?
You should probably go up a cup size.
5. Is your strapless bra slipping down?
The at the very least your band is too large for you.
6. Are my breasts falling to the sides instead of going straight forward?
Ditch the T-shirt bra for something seamed
7. Is the back of my band riding up?
Again, your band is probably too large.
8. Did you get fitted in the mall or Victoria Secrets?
Bra fitting is an art, you can NOT expect to get a proper fitting from places that carry only about 10% of available sizes. If you don't look like Victoria Secret model and if you are over 18 and need support and their bras are not for you!!

You are wearing wrong bra size if your answer is yes to any of the following.
-Are you constantly adjusting your bra? Do you think underwire bras are uncomfortable?
-Do you think you can't wear strapless bras comfortably? Do they constantly slide down?
Are you falling out of your bra at top, bottom or sides?
-Do your straps dig into your shoulders?
-Do you suffer from back pain?
-Do fitted shirts fit you horribly?
-Do you feel unsupported?
-Do you avoid physical activities because of your boobs?
Proper fitting will fix every problem on this list, plus your clothes will fit better, you will look slimmer and feel so much more confident about yourself.
God gave you boobs, so treat them nicely.
