Often, We have a simple question to ponder upon - WHO IS RESPONSIBLE for the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) and Banks; the President or the Executive Branch? Or is it the Bank of International Settlements (BIS)? And isn't there an overweight of EU countries and fewer global countries that vote in the BIS and only one US vote that isn't even that of our government? Who are the FRB and BIS anyway and why do they control our rates and economy?
They are not FEDERAL at all so let's rename the Federal Reserve Board and their Banks trying something like Banker's Bank Board and Banker's Regional Banks so that the PRESIDENT and Treasury can manage to lower US Debt rates and the peoples economic targets.
