Stealing the Moon is a sculpted painting I just finished today, and I have to admit I made squeaky yeet noises while working on it! Once in a while that finicky connection between hand and mind works and I had a great time doing this painting.Won a blue ribbon and sold at the BAL Spring Art Show today!

The longer I have these, the "fancier" they get!! I added beads, wire , etc to dress them up a bit. Same price as before. I hope you like them as much as Smudge does!

Queen of the Night 2 is a new painting on glass that will be exhibited at the Belen Art League Fall Art Show. I loved putting together night related things for this painting such as nightjar wings and night blooming jasmine.

One of my latest projects is making horses like this, my first in a long time. I'm thinking it might be fun to do one or two matching the horse to it's horsehair!

I've had this painting done for a while, but decided to go back and redo the color and background. I like this new version better!

I'm really thrilled with the way this painting, titled "Wings", came out. The feathers are translucent and very delicate, so there's another layer of glass to protect them from damage. My framer called this painting Magnificent!! The background matte is a metallic gray, which gives it a lovely look. I could sculpt wings all day!!

I'm getting together some smaller paintings for an artist of the month exhibit. This is a new one, a picture of a kingfisher that is in a 5 x 7 frame. It has a very sparkly eye!!

It has been a while since I did a reverse glass painting, but these adorable quail are perfect for this process. They make me smile every time I see them!
