⭐️ Quality Tip Tuesday ⭐️ Have you been running with proper form?

There are different techniques to running, however there are a few basics you should keep in mind.

First, you have to initiate with a β€œheel strike,” this takes pressure off your knee and ankle joint and allows your hip joint to propel you forward.

Next, you prepare for the β€œloading phase,” this allows your foot to make contact with the ground with control.

Then, the explosion stage of β€œpushing off with your toes,” allows you to power through your movement.

Core and posture is important with your running form, therefore keeping your torso neutral and your head up is paramount to avoid injury.

Lastly, swinging your arms with your running form helps out with your balance and your cadence.
