Pictured first is the master bedroom we gave a major face lift. From a room that offered nothing but a carpet and four walls, we brightened up the mood adding hi hats and a ceiling fan, a spacious walk in closet with custom shelving and of course its own bathroom which you can find in our previous post.

In the second picture, we took the hallway bedroom that was begging for an update, tearing out the panel board and wallpaper and giving the homeowners son a custom paintjob of his design 😎

After that we utilized the guest bedroom and built a home office, so work can be done in the comfort of your own home.

In the Second bathroom, we took a SLEEK and MODERN approach in the hallway, with beautiful black and grey tiles with another custom built bench and niche with a matching shower door.

Would you believe it if we told you this was all made from ONE BATHROOM? That’s right. We took advantage of a massive hall bathroom that shared a wall with the master bedroom, and made the dream work, building two very sizable bathrooms out of it!

Here is our OPEN CONCEPT floor plan, where we removed the hall closet, which was a load bearing wall. And updated the old panels too beautiful painted walls with Benjamin Moore “Bradstreet Beige”

We had to put a support beam and run a 16 foot steel header to carry the load the closet wall once supported. Panel board was removed throughput and replaced with sheetrock. Just by walking in the front door, you can see how this NEW home flows so perfectly.
