Looking for 2–3 Iona Prep High School or recent grads!

We're looking for a few reliable helpers to assist with unloading a truck of summer camp supplies on this Friday (6/19) at approximately 1:30 PM at Iona Prep and The Ursuline School in New Rochelle.

The job involves unloading items such as balls, cones, sports equipment, and other camp supplies. Nothing is overly heavy, and the work should take approximately 1–2 hours.

The last day of Lower School classes is officially in the books for 2026. This morning our teachers paid tribute to the myriad and varied accomplishments of our boys in Grades 1-7 over the course of three Honors Ceremonies, reflecting on what made each young man unique.

Many thanks to our Fathers' Club and Lower School families who came out for yesterday's Carnival on the back field. Between the inflatable games and obstacles, to the kickball, dodgeball and magic show, our boys had a blastie with their brothers. Getting to soak Assistant Principal Aceto in the dunk tank was an added bonus 👌.

Today's comes from our Kindergarteners who officially "Moved-Up" yesterday. As Principal Mone P'20,'23 praised them for, they have grown to be curious, kind and confident learners. Eight of our youngest will matriculate to 1st grade, while the other six now become the big brothers of our pre-kindergarten, ready to welcome new 4-year-old Gaels because !

Over the past two days, our Class of 2030 completed its elementary rites of passage. Following Thursday evening's Mass and last night's 🆙 Ceremony, 52 are officially Lower School graduates 🎓. Five of them have been Gaels since at least kindergarten. We congratulate the boys and their families, thank their teachers and coaches, and look forward to their matriculation at the Upper School this fall!

Players covered in clay, dirt and "back-to-back" T-shirts courtesy of GC Reliable. Coaches barely doused, but one covered in celebratory sauce and meatballs. They were the well-earned rewards of a dominating 7-1 victory and second consecutive CYO baseball title for our 7th & 8th Grade Lower School squad behind strong pitching, quality at-bats, timely hitting and baserunning, and lockdown defense. Kudos to the boys and Coaches Fulco LS'81, US'85, P'14,'18 and Donnadio, Sr. P'25,'29! 💪

Our 7th & 8th Grade team is currently up 7-0 over St. Francis in the title game, looking to go back-to-back!
