2 cloves garlic, minced

Almond Flour Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups almond flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup sugar or maple syrup
½ cup plant-based milk
¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar or maple syrup, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the plant-based milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Bake for 25ā30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
