upervisor from 2004 to 2009. In that time we have managed two of Medical Delivery Systems biggest clients as well as smaller clients. Coram Healthcare an Infusion company which made us responsible for 900 to 1000 deliveries a week and on calls 7 days a week 24 hours a day, and Alexander D/B/A Avanti Healthcare an Infusion and Hospice pharmacy which also made us responsible for 1000 to 1200 deliveries a week. Just to name a few other pharmacies who we have managed there deliveries are Advanced Care, AdvoCare, Vital Care Infusions, Great Neck Chemists, and Apria Healthcare. We have also done nursing visits where we would take nurses to a patients house in the middle of the night if the patient needed an emergency nursing visit. Together we decided that it was time to venture off into our own business where we obtained several clients such as a Best Pet RX Pharmacy in the New York City with 500 plus deliveries per a week, Town Drug in New York City, and a few other clients. Each client receives around the clock service at no extra charge of having a standby oncall dedicated person which Dennis Mayers and/or Devon Martins dedicates themselves and handles any issues 24 hours a day 7 days a week for every client. We pride ourselves in having such a wide coverage area which consists of the 5 boroughs, Long Island (Nassau & Suffolk counties), Westchester County, Rockland County, Ulster & Dutchess Counties, Putnam County, Orange County, Northern and Central New Jersey, and we are acquiring an Upstate NY route covering 10 counties Upstate New York for Hospice. Service:
A) Delivery Vehicles:
• DDM Medical Delivery Service, LLC own cars, jeeps, mini-vans, vans for courier vehicles. We have a good size fleet of 4 x 4 vehicles for the winter weather that New York State and New Jersey areas sustain. We leave nothing to chance as we have delivered in these coverage areas for quite some time now and you need weather permitting vehicles. When summer is upon we also have air conditioned equipped vehicles and each vehicle is required to have ice packed in coolers for refrigerated items. We haven’t used signage or any branding to our company vehicles. We wouldn’t have an issue if a client would want us to have signage. We also have independent contractors that own their own vehicles that provide service to DDM Medical Delivery Service, LLC. There vehicles also follow the same protocols as the vehicles that the company owns. They have an inspection once a month determining that it meets DDM Medical Delivery Service company standards.
