Not a single person has communicated back with me. Unacceptable

15 more minutes and you are in violation of your own policies... and your impending yelp and google reviews are dropping stars fast. A little communication would have served you well.

90 minutes late and no communication.

No response to emails, call, voicemail, Facebook messages- nothing. Terrible communication.

As the first move of the day, I’d have expected them to be on time.

1 hour and 20 minutes late and still no one had called, answered the phone, answered emails, responded to my first Facebook post, etc.

Where are you?

Someone please answer. I had a reservation for a move today at 9am. I confirmed this multiple times... the movers are over an hour late now and no one is answering the office phone, the cell phone from the emails, the other phone listed on the website (disconnected)- and no one is answering the emails. No one contacted me to say they would be late. Where are you!?

You can’t stress clients out like this.

This team did an awesome job of helping us move from CT to MA yesterday. The entire crew was incredibly conscientious, polite, fast and they worked hard to take the stress out of our move and make it easy for us. Great communications from start to finish and although I hope we don't move again for a long time, we'd definitely use them again. Thank you for the great work!

These guys did over 100 moves for me and always prompt,professional,and affordable.
