If your computer is running slow because something is using up those resources. If it’s suddenly running slower, a runaway process might be using 99% of your CPU resources.
For Example:- An application might be experiencing a memory leak and using a large amount of memory, causing your PC to swap to disk. Alternately, an application might be using the disk a lot, causing other applications to slow down when they need to load data from the disk.
To find it, open the Task Manager. You can right-click your taskbar and select the “Task Manager” option or press Ctrl+Shift+Escape to open it.

How to fix the laptop that won't start?

If the laptop appears dead then you might have found power supply issue.
1- First of all, check to ensure that the your laptop is plugged in.
2- Ensure that the battery is properly installed.
3- Check the power brick on the AC cord. Is it the right adapter for your laptop? Other portable devices may have similar-looking adapters, but unless they match the volts and amps for your laptop, the laptop doesn’t work.
4- When the laptop’s power lamp is on, it shows the laptop has some life. It means laptop’s hardware is recognizing that it has power. The issue could then lie with the laptop’s hardware, not with the power supply.
5- Press the Caps Lock key. If you have power, the Caps Lock lamp on the laptop will blink on and off as you press the key. If so, the issue could be the display.
6- Check the laptop display’s brightness settings. If the brightness level is turned down too much, the screen will be dark, especially in a bright room or in direct sunlight.

Computer or Operating system not responding?

If your PC or operating system is not responding then your computer might be frozen, meaning it is not responding to any commands. In such case, the touchpad would also not be working.
To check this by pressing the Num Lock or Scroll Lock keys on the keyboard to see if any lights on the keyboard turn on or off. Many keyboards have little lights to indicate when Num Lock and Scroll Lock are activated. If your keyboard has this feature and the lights turn on and off when you press the Num Lock and Scroll Lock keys, then the computer is not frozen.
