My Real Estate areas cover Nassau & Suffolk Counties, specializing in Equestrian properties, waterfront property, residential & commercial properties on Long Island. I have also expanded my service area to include Central NY and the Upstate Counties of Chenango, Madison, Ostego, Delaware & vicinity. I have been married for 28 years to Giselle (Gigi) who is also a PDE agent and a SRES specializing inhelping Senior Citizens. We have 3 grown children who have all finished their college degree (yeah). I am looking forward to see their growth. My hobbies are anything outdoors. I have 3 horses, 3 boxers, & 2 cats. I practice Natural Horsemanship and was part of The Spirit of Long Island Equestrian Drill Team, cross country skiing, fishing, & camping with my all animals. I have been known to think "Outside the Box" nothing is too hard for me. I have sold properties by boat and I have sold properties by horseback, showing my dedication and perserverance. I grew up with it and I'm still living it over 40 years later!
